1) Convened 6:00 p.m.

3) Treasurer's Report

• Current Balance = $830.39
• While it is difficult to gauge the number of total teams and independent racers, we don't anticipate any raising of the dues

4) Schedule

• All races at Berkshire East except as noted

• This season we will have six races with the top five finishes for both team and individuals counting towards the final standings. If a race is canceled then all five races will count for both team and individual.

5) Race Day Info

• DQ's should be documented with gatekeeping cards on both courses
• Greg Leeds will produce the Duty Assignments for 2008 and is primarily in charge of on-hill operations
• Greg Leeds to investigate purchasing new radios
• Reminder that course officials need to be available after the race for the protest period
