Welcome Back to the 1997-98 season
- introduction of new coaches
Review of last year
- Positive Aspects
  - all the coaches' attitudes and willingness to be flexible and helpful in decision making
  - coaches are committed to a fine tradition of cooperation and the good spirit of the league
Areas of Improvement
- coaches need to teach their kids the bib order
- coaches need to teach proper techniques of slipping a course and stress the importance of helping to maintain the course during the race
- coaches need to bring a shovel to each race and help make the race course safer for all racers
- Improved Communication at the start blow horn Dry Marker Board
- Gate keepers tee shirt for each school, with school's colors and decorations- pump-up spirit and visibility
Discussion on Dues
- negotiations still undergoing with the mountain
- increase of $5.00 per team to $80.00 a team (first increase in five years)

Head Gatekeeper- position still needs to be filled
Public Relations Person
- Dave Chula will increase the visibility of the league by submitting the results to various newspapers
